Delivery Policy

LUMIS is a digital-only service. Your personalised report is delivered directly to your dashboard — typically within 30 minutes — and accessible via a link sent to your email. No physical delivery. No waiting days.

1. Digital Delivery Only

LUMIS is an entirely digital service. No physical product, printed report, or physical media is ever shipped. Your Facial Intelligence Report is generated, stored, and accessed exclusively online through the LUMIS platform.

2. Standard Delivery Time

In the majority of cases, your report will be available within 15–30 minutes of a successful payment. Generation begins automatically after your payment is confirmed. You will be redirected to a live progress screen while your report is being produced.

3. Extended Delivery Window

In some cases — for example, during periods of high demand or where image processing requires additional time — delivery may take up to 24 hours. If your report has not appeared within 24 hours of payment, please contact our support team.

4. How You Access Your Report

Your report is accessible in two ways: (a) directly inside your LUMIS dashboard, available as soon as generation is complete; and (b) via an email notification sent to the address you provided at checkout, containing a link to view your report online.

5. Report Availability

Your report remains accessible in your dashboard for the duration of your account. We recommend saving or downloading your report at your earliest convenience. LUMIS is not responsible for reports that become inaccessible due to account deletion or extended inactivity.

6. AI-Generated Image (Projected Outcome)

Your report includes an AI-generated 12-week projected outcome image. This image is generated separately from the main report and may appear a few minutes after your report is ready. The dashboard will display a loading indicator until the image is available, then update automatically without requiring a page refresh.

7. Delivery Failures

If your report fails to generate due to a technical error on our part, you will see an error message on the progress screen with options to retry or contact support. In the event of a confirmed delivery failure, you are entitled to a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Report not arrived?

If your report has not appeared within 24 hours, contact us at support@trylumis.cc and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
