By using LUMIS, you agree to these Terms. Key points: LUMIS is not a medical service, reports are for personal informational use only, you must be 18+ to use the platform, and results may vary based on photograph quality and individual factors.
LUMIS provides an informational facial aesthetics analysis service. You submit photographs and questionnaire data; we generate a personalised report using AI-assisted computer vision. The report constitutes aesthetic guidance only — it is not a medical service, clinical assessment, or treatment recommendation of any kind.
All content generated by LUMIS — including scores, protocols, supplement suggestions, exercise guidance, and lifestyle recommendations — is informational in nature. Nothing in your report constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related changes.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use LUMIS. By accessing or using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If we discover a user is under 18, we will delete their account and data immediately.
By uploading photographs to LUMIS, you confirm that they are photographs of yourself, that you have the right to submit them, and that you consent to their use for the purpose of generating your report. You may not submit photographs of any other individual without their explicit written consent. Uploaded photographs are processed solely for report generation and are not used for any other purpose.
The accuracy and quality of your report depend on the accuracy of the information you provide. You are responsible for submitting clear, well-lit, unobstructed photographs and for answering the onboarding questionnaire honestly. LUMIS accepts no responsibility for inaccurate results arising from low-quality submissions or misleading inputs.
LUMIS makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any report. Scores and recommendations are professional estimations based on specialist evaluation. Individual results vary significantly based on photograph quality, lighting, and other factors beyond our control. Projected outcomes are illustrative estimates only.
You may not use LUMIS to generate reports for commercial resale, to scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or to submit photographs intended to manipulate or misrepresent your identity. LUMIS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found to be in breach of these terms.
Payment is one-time and processed securely through Stripe. The price shown at checkout is the total amount due. No recurring charges will be applied. LUMIS does not store your payment card details — all payment processing is handled directly and securely by Stripe.
Because each report is generated specifically for you, it cannot be returned. Refunds are generally not available once report generation has commenced. Limited exceptions apply as described in our Refund Policy. If your report fails to generate due to a verified technical error on LUMIS's part, you are entitled to a full refund.
The LUMIS platform, brand, design system, and underlying methodologies are the intellectual property of LUMIS and may not be reproduced or redistributed without express written permission. Your generated report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LUMIS, its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.
LUMIS reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or uses the service in a manner that is harmful to others or to the integrity of the platform.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be submitted to binding arbitration before being escalated to litigation.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service following notice of changes constitutes acceptance. We will always update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
