Refund Policy

LUMIS reports are bespoke digital products generated specifically for you. Purchases are generally non-refundable, with limited exceptions for verified technical failures or duplicate charges. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

1. Digital Product Nature

LUMIS delivers a bespoke, personalised digital report generated using your photographs, onboarding data, and AI-powered analysis. Because the report is created specifically for you and delivered digitally, it cannot be returned or resold. As such, all purchases are generally non-refundable once the analysis process has commenced.

2. Eligible Exceptions

We will issue a full refund in the following limited circumstances: (a) your report was not delivered within 24 hours of payment due to a verified technical failure on our end; (b) a duplicate payment was charged to your account; or (c) you experienced a serious, reproducible technical issue that prevented you from accessing your report, and our support team was unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@trylumis.cc within 7 days of your purchase date. Please include your name, email address used at checkout, and a brief description of the issue. We review all requests individually and aim to respond within 3 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer. LUMIS does not charge any processing fee for approved refunds.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are not offered. If your request is approved, a full refund of the original purchase amount will be issued.
